Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which I really appreciated, but the noise from the lobby music was quite bothersome. The staff was friendly most of the time, but we had a rough start with a rude check-in experience. The location was decent, although a bit out of the way. Overall, it’s a good option, but improved service and soundproofing would make a big difference.
I had an overall decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern and clean, and the staff was generally friendly, but the loud music from the lobby was a bit bothersome at night. Also, my husband's attempts to surprise me with flowers in the room were unfortunately met with some challenges. Nevertheless, the location was great, perfect for our planned activities and close to I-5. The dining options were reasonable, but not quite fabulous. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, but there were a few areas that could use improvement.
I recently stayed at the hotel and found it to be a lovely spot. The rooms were updated and extremely clean, making for a comfortable experience. However, the service could have been friendlier, especially at night. The location was peaceful, nestled in a woodsy area, but it wasn't really family-friendly. Overall, it's great value for money if you're looking for a mini getaway.
I had a really enjoyable stay overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for what I needed. The service, however, could use some improvement as the staff wasn’t very friendly. While the facilities were nice, the dining experience didn't quite live up to my expectations due to limited options and high prices.
I had an overall decent stay at the hotel. The remodeled rooms were really nice and comfortable, but I did not appreciate the noise from outside. The staff was friendly and promptly fixed my toilet issue, which was great, but there was a hiccup with an unauthorized charge for an additional room. The location is a bit secluded, making it hard to get around, but it has its own charm. The dining experience left something to be desired, particularly the breakfast options.
